Meet Cindell

After years of personal exploration—unlearning in order to re-learn and heal—I came to understand the power of recognizing what I don’t want in my life. I gained clarity on what truly serves me, whether that’s the people I choose to surround myself with, the places I go, or the habits and behaviors I engage in, both consciously and unconsciously.
In the winter of 2014, during my final year at SUNY Fredonia, where I was studying social work with a minor in sociology, I experienced a profound internal shift. It felt as though I was unraveling, shedding old identities, societal conditioning, and conventional thought patterns. This process opened me up rapidly to the vast, limitless flow of universal consciousness.
The old ways of seeing the world no longer made sense, as overwhelming emotions and deep purging gave way to a sense of RE-CONNECTION. I began to see and feel the interconnectedness we all share—an experience that felt surreal and beyond this world.
Thankfully, my social work program director was incredibly understanding during this time when I was ready to quit school. She introduced me to a spiritual mentor, who guided me to reading materials and other resources that opened the path to this spiritual shift and self-discovery.
Through deep, intense inner work, spiritual development (with lots of reading and daily practices of detachment and non-resistance), as well as a blend of mindfulness and energy practices, I was able to transcend old patterns and settle into a state of simply being.

Our sessions are a sacred space, where I set the intention for you to feel free and open to fully express who you are. This is your time to share, to reconnect, and to heal in whatever way is most aligned with your highest good.
I work with those who are ready to take ownership of their journey and embrace radical responsibility for their personal transformation.
We all have the power to choose—how we respond, how we grow, and what we create from our experiences.
No blame, no excuses—just empowerment and intentional action.
If you’re ready to step into your authentic self and transform your life, I would be honored to walk this journey with you.
